Event agreements
Before any booking, confirm the named provider, service scope, pricing, payment recipient, deposit, balance, cancellation, overtime and substitution terms in writing. The accepted event agreement governs the booking.
Provider responsibilities
Providers are independent businesses or professionals whose eligibility, experience and documentation must be reviewed for the work. The website does not promise that every applicant is verified, insured or available.
Alcohol and venue requirements
Bartender Expert does not sell alcohol. Hosts and providers must establish supply responsibilities, venue permissions and applicable service requirements before an event. Requirements differ by location and event.
