What we collect
When you send a form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, contact information, event requirements, provider experience or partnership inquiry. We also record the page where your visit began and campaign labels, when present, to understand which outreach leads to inquiries.
How it is used
We use inquiry data to review requests, contact you, assess provider fit and coordinate potential events. Relevant event details may be shared with suitable providers as described in your form consent. We do not sell contact lists for unrelated marketing.
Storage and service providers
Forms are intended to be processed through Netlify Forms when enabled by the website operator. Operational records may be retained in the operator’s business tools as needed to handle inquiries and bookings. Access should be limited to people handling those activities.
Browser storage and tracking
The site uses session storage for landing-page and campaign information during your visit. Guided-chat answers stay in the current page memory until you choose to carry them into an event request. The chat is a rule-based guide, not a live agent or an external AI service. Calculator inputs are carried into the request URL; do not enter personal details into calculator fields. This build does not load advertising pixels or a third-party analytics service. Hosting services may maintain technical logs.
Your choices
Email bartenderexperts@gmail.com or use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of inquiry data, or to withdraw permission for future contact. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing transactions or applicable obligations. Do not send sensitive identity or payment documents through these forms.
