We collect event details and coordinate potential matches with independent bartenders. For a managed booking, we coordinate the quote and staffing plan. A request is not a reservation; coverage and availability must be confirmed.

Alcohol is not included in our planning estimates. The host and provider must agree who supplies beverages, mixers, ice and equipment, subject to the venue’s rules and applicable requirements. Bartender Expert does not sell alcohol.

The planner uses an illustrative $60–$90 per bartender-hour, a three-hour service minimum and one extra hour for setup and cleanup. It is a budgeting model, not a live market rate or a binding quote. Travel, supplies, rentals, taxes and tips are extra unless the final quote includes them.

No. First we review your location, date, requirements and provider availability. Your booking is confirmed only after the provider, scope, price and applicable agreement are accepted.

Credentials and insurance vary by provider and location. Application answers are self-reported until checked. Ask for current documentation that matches your venue requirements before you book.

Yes. Choose alcohol-free service in your request. Include the drinks you want, expected guest count and any equipment or ingredient needs so the provider can assess the work.

No. Applying to the event network is free. Optional Member ($25/year) and Featured ($199/year) profiles use separate Square checkout and renew annually until canceled. Submitting an application does not charge you or create a subscription.

For managed bookings, the proposed split is 70% of the agreed staffing/service fee to the bartender team and 30% retained by Bartender Expert. Tips go entirely to the team. Independently booked work through a Featured profile’s direct contact link carries no commission.
