Application and eligibility
Applications are free and do not guarantee acceptance, leads or work. The network application requires applicants to be 21 or older as a platform policy. Providers must be eligible to perform the requested work and provide accurate information. Self-reported credentials are not verified credentials.
Managed booking compensation
The proposed managed-booking split is 70% of the agreed staffing/service fee to the bartender team and 30% retained by Bartender Expert. Tips are excluded and go entirely to the team. Taxes, reimbursed expenses and third-party rental charges must be itemized separately. Each team member’s compensation and the tip allocation must be agreed before accepting a multi-person event.
Written acceptance
A provider may accept or decline an opportunity. Before acceptance, confirm duties, hours, equipment, expenses, compensation, payment timing, cancellation and substitution arrangements in writing. An estimate or application does not itself create a work assignment.
Optional profiles
Member costs $25 USD per year and includes a public profile with your bio, specialties and service area. Featured costs $199 USD per year and adds labeled sponsored placement and a direct contact link. Checkout is handled by Square. The selected plan is charged at checkout and automatically renews annually until canceled. Profile setup is manual after payment verification and receipt of your profile details; payment does not instantly publish a profile. No leads, bookings, income or search ranking are guaranteed. A free application does not start a subscription. Cancel future renewal using the available Square subscription controls or contact bartenderexperts@gmail.com before your next billing date. Contact the same address for billing, refunds, profile updates and publication questions. Provide only content you have permission to publish.
Independent work and conduct
No commission is proposed for work booked independently through a Featured profile’s direct contact link. Providers are responsible for accurate representations, appropriate documentation, professional conduct and applicable obligations. The parties must establish the proper working arrangement for each engagement; a website label alone does not determine employment status.
Service standards
Confirm credentials and insurance requirements for each venue, communicate changes promptly and protect host information. Do not use event contact data for unrelated marketing. Contact Bartender Expert if application information needs correcting.
